Amplex AB has contracted to sell all the shares in BilPartner Sk\u00e5ne AB. The buyer is Fastighets AB Portvakten. The transfer includes the subsidiaries BilPartner Finans AB, BilPartner i Helsingborg AB and Bilaktiebolaget Nilsson i \u00c4ngelholm.<\/p>\n
BilPartner Sk\u00e5ne is a dealership with a complete service offering for Peugeot, Hyundai, Opel and Honda cars and is also an authorised workshop for SAAB, Subaru and Fiat. Sales are conducted from facilities in Helsingborg and \u00c4ngelholm.<\/p>\n
Fastighets AB Portvakten owns and operates among other things the car dealerships Fribrocks Bil and Motor Village with facilities in \u00c4ngelholm and sales, service and workshops for Citro\u00ebn, Hyundai, Opel, Peugeot, DS and Aixam licence-free cars.<\/p>\n
