Amplex AB, through its subsidiary Pronomic SAS, has acquired all the shares in Ingenitec SAS. The seller is the company\u2019s Managing Director and majority owner Jean-Charles Doublet and minority owner Nicolas Prost.<\/p>\n
Ingenitec is based in Montbrison, some 60 kilometres west of Lyon in France. The company was founded in 2003 and is today a well-established manufacturer and integrator in the local French market for lifting equipment and materials handling solutions. Ingenitec\u2019s customers are found across a broad spectrum of industry segments including manufacturing, logistics and transport, as well as manufacturers within chemicals, pharmaceuticals and food. Annual sales amount to approximately EUR 6 million and the company has some 40 employees.<\/p>\n

All management in Ingenitec will continue in their respective roles following the ownership change.
