Amplex AB has acquired all the shares in the Irish company J.B. Roche (MFG) Ltd. The seller is the company\u2019s founder and Managing Director Ian Nagle and part-owner Eileen Roche.<\/p>\n
JB Roche is based in Cork in southern Ireland. Founded by Ian Nagle in 1983, the company initially manufactured tarpaulins for haulage companies and in the late 1990s developed and patented a unique solution for fabric-based air-filled structures for maintenance and repairs. Today, JB Roche has a world-leading position as a supplier of inflatable shelters and hangars for the aviation and defence industries. The products are portable, extremely durable and easy to deploy, giving the company\u2019s customers a safer and more comfortable working environment even in harsh weather and in inaccessible locations without other fixed protection. The company has a turnover of around SEK 50 million and some 20 employees.<\/p>\n

All management in JB Roche will continue in their respective roles following the ownership change.
