Amplex AB has acquired all the shares in the German company Filtertechnik J\u00e4ger GmbH. The sellers are the company’s founder Roland J\u00e4ger and the Managing Director Linda J\u00e4ger.<\/p>\n
Filtertechnik J\u00e4ger designs and manufactures high-performance products for industrial liquid filtration such as filter media, filter elements and filter housings with accessories. The company has a strong position in its product niche and works closely with its customers to offer the optimal materials and filter design for each unique customer application. Many of the company’s customers are OEM manufacturers in energy, metal and component production. Filtertechnik J\u00e4ger is located in Weissenhorn in the federal state of Bavaria in Germany and has about 20 employees and an annual turnover of approximately EUR 7.5 million (approximately SEK 85 million).<\/p>\n
Filtertechnik J\u00e4ger will be part of Amplex’s Industrial business area under the leadership of Business Area Manager Henrik Johansson, who says: \u2018Filtertechnik J\u00e4ger is a specialised market leader in high-quality filtration solutions whose employees have extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing filter products that are optimised for the customer’s application. The two sellers will continue to work for the company after the change of ownership, Roland J\u00e4ger in an advisory role and Linda J\u00e4ger continuing as Managing Director.
