In February 2026, ADDvise Group AB, an international life science group was acquired. ADDvise comprises some 20 operating companies, dedicated to providing premium products and services to the healthcare and research sectors.

Several of the companies focus on developing and supplying advanced medical equipment, consumables, and pharmaceuticals. Other companies offer complete solutions for modern research environments, including laboratory furniture, protective ventilation systems, climate-controlled clean rooms, and laboratory equipment.
